Camping here is not one generic field. Choose by the kind of night you need: RMK beach-forest camping, tent capacity, campervan access checks, summer services, or a quiet base for beaches and nature trails.
If you have just entered the parish, start here: the confirmed RMK campsite anchors are Lemme and Krapi; low-impact one-night camping may be possible elsewhere under freedom to roam, but not in private yards, signed private land or protected areas with stricter rules.
RMK describes Lemme as a popular seaside pine-forest campsite with capacity for up to 50 four-person tents. It suits families, longer beach nights and travellers who may care about showers, sauna or a summer service house.
RMK LemmeRMK describes Krapi as camping under old coastal pines, with capacity for up to 30 four-person tents. It is better for a simpler nature night, sunsets and a quieter beach base.
RMK KrapiRMK's freedom-to-roam guidance says you may stay and camp for up to one day where movement is allowed and the landowner has not forbidden it. That does not include making a fire, driving into the forest or setting up a multi-day camp.

RMK Rae järvFor the simplest low-risk answer, choose Lemme, Krapi or Rae järve. If you camp elsewhere for one night, use an already worn durable spot, stay away from homes, avoid damaging soil and leave without a trace in the morning.
RMK lists a motorised-vehicle entry fee at Lemme. Krapi has parking details and prohibits off-road vehicle traffic. For campervans, check where you may drive and stand before arrival.
Only use prepared and permitted campfire places. RMK notes that firewood is not available at Krapi fire rings, so plan firewood or charcoal before reaching the coast.
A strong summer pairing when you want to sleep near the sea and move between Kabli, Lemme and Treimani during the day.
Better for a slower southern-coast drive when Pärnu city is not the target and the night should stay in the quieter beach forest.
Use the beach night as the base and add the bog, dunes and viewing tower as the daytime nature part. After rain, treat boardwalk and tower conditions cautiously.
When the beach is not the point, Rae järv gives you inland camping, lake water, forest road and a quieter Laiksaare-area plan. Note that it is beside Häädemeeste, but technically in Saarde vald.
